Preparing for you Home Inspection

Thank you for choosing Everyday Home Inspections, LLC. for your upcoming home inspection. We’re looking forward to helping you make an informed decision about your property.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, here’s what you can expect:

Inspection Agreement & Payment
We’ll bring a copy of the inspection agreement for you to review and sign prior to the inspection. Payment is due at the time of the inspection.

Preferred payment methods are Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check. Credit cards are accepted, in some circumstances we apply 3 %.

What We’ll Inspect
Our inspection follows the Standards of Practice for home inspections and includes a detailed evaluation of:

  • Structural components (foundation, framing, etc.)
  • Roofing (including gutters, flashing, and visible leaks)
  • Exterior (siding, windows, doors)
  • Plumbing systems (fixtures, supply lines, drains)
  • Electrical systems (service panels, outlets, switches)
  • Heating & cooling systems
  • Insulation & ventilation
  • Interiors (walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, stairs)
  • Fireplaces & chimneys (where accessible)

Our goal is to provide a clear picture of the home’s condition, including any safety issues, needed repairs, or maintenance considerations.

Inspection Report Timeline
You can typically expect your comprehensive digital report within 24 hours of the inspection. In rare circumstances, it may take up to 48 hours if additional review is needed.
